Chocolate Covered Kiwi Pops .

Fresh frozen fruits covered by chocolate to introduce mineral salts lost because of hot temperature.


Her’s her easy and funny recipe:


2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
2 tablespoons coconut oil
8 ounces small pieces of chocolate (dark, milk or bittersweet)
Special equipment:
popsicle sticks
parchment paper
baking sheet
Wash and peel your kiwis. Slice the kiwi. Place the kiwi with the popsicle stick on a parchment lined baking sheet then into the freezer. Make your melted chocolate by chocolate and coconut oil.  Stir it until smooth. Take your frozen kiwi pops and dip them into the chocolate one at a time until coated then place them back on parchment lined baking sheet.  Put the chocolate coated kiwis back into the freezer for another 10 minutes until the chocolate is set.
