We need of:
150 g. butter or soya butter
2 red eggs
400 g mix for cookies gluten free
100 g chocolate bar (I choose a hazelnut-chocolate bar).
Raduce in chips the chocolate bar
Mix in a bowl eggs, red eggs and butter and then add the mix
Stir them togheter till to have a uniform pastry
Add chips and restatr to stir.
Make little bottons with the pastry and put them on a baking tray and then into a pre heating oven at 170 C for 20-25 minutes.
Let them grow cold and serve.
It’s delicious for an energetic breakfast or a sweet break!
